• Experience with both local SEO and international SEO.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to deliver measurable results and meet deadlines consistently.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital SEO Expert to join our growing team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate must have at least 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing strategy, analytics, and performance optimization.

You should be able to manage complete SEO projects independently—including planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates with knowledge of UI/UX principles and on-page content structure will receive special preference.

This position requires someone highly proactive, professional, and capable of making data-driven decisions without constant supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SEO & Digital Strategy

• Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies for various client websites.

• Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.

• Conduct deep on-page SEO, including metadata optimization, content structure planning, internal linking, schema markup, and technical improvements.

• Manage off-page SEO strategies: link building, outreach, guest posting, and authority-building campaigns.

• Optimize website speed, performance, responsiveness, and search visibility.

Technical & Analytical Responsibilities

• Perform full website audits to identify issues related to indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and technical SEO.

• Track, measure, and analyze SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Content & UI/UX Collaboration

• Work with designers and developers to implement SEO-friendly UI/UX improvements.

• Guide content writers with keyword-focused and search-intent-driven content briefs.

• Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion, readability, and user experience.

Campaign & Client Management

• Manage SEO campaigns independently and ensure timely deliverables.

• Communicate directly with clients to understand project goals, provide updates, and propose strategic improvements.

• Take ownership of results and continuously work toward improving rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics.
