• Strong expertise in Python & Django framework.
• Proficiency in Node.js and Laravel.

• Ability to work independently, manage client needs, and make decisions confidently

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer / Full-Stack Python Developer to join our team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML model development, full-stack web frameworks, and client-facing project delivery.

This role requires an individual who can work independently, make informed decisions, and deliver results without constant supervision.

Work Hours: 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Joining Date: Immediate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build, train, and deploy AI/ML models for production.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs (Flask, FastAPI, Django REST Framework).
• Design scalable end-to-end Python solutions.
• Work on NLP pipelines using Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, etc.
• Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) into real-world applications.
• Develop chatbots for both web and voice interfaces.
• Deploy AI systems to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and manage MLOps workflows.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver independently.

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Salary Range: BDT 50,000 - 80,000 (Negotiable for exceptionally qualified candidates)

• Weekend: Alternate Friday & Saturday

• Working Friday: 6 Hours (5:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
