Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer who will support daily digital marketing activities, manage social media platforms, maintain proper documentation, and assist in post execution. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Social media management, MS Office, Ensuring regular updates and smooth performance.
· Manage and maintain company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.)
· Create, schedule, and publish posts based on the content calendar
· Reply to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally
· Monitor page performance and engagement insights
· Assist in running digital campaigns and promotions.
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on digital platforms.
· Create and format presentations and documents using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
· Manage and optimize social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and publish engaging content, posts, and advertisements.
Ensure security and protection of company social media pages and digital accounts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Generate and manage online leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversion.
Monitor website and social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
Improve SEO and online visibility of the company website and content.
Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries on digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
