Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 40 years

• Practical experience in e-commerce and digital marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO/SEM.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools will be an added advantage.
• Video editing skills will be given special preference.
• Analytical thinking, creative ideas, and the ability to make quick decisions.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies.
• Create awareness about e-commerce and digital marketing among customers and provide strategic support to e-commerce businesses.
• Manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, and especially Meta Ads.
• Create and upload content on websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Apply SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) strategies to increase traffic.
• Analyze marketing performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze customer behavior, trends, and feedback to develop effective marketing plans.
• Execute online promotions.
• Take initiatives to strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
