Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the entire accounts payable process, balance sheet etc.
Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments and reconcile suppliers/vendors statements and resolve discrepancies.
Negotiate payment terms and conditions with suppliers, vendors etc.
Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Inventory Management: Daily production, Maintain daily stock, and monitor out of stock & over stock.
Order Distribution.
Transportation & Logistics.
ERP & manual reporting (Daily production/Daily Sales/Goods In & Out).
Sales Invoice, Delivery Challan, VAT & Compliance.
Quality, Safety & Security (Ensure required quality of material & safety measures).
Cost Management (Transportation, Logistics and Labor).
