Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting functions including cash management, banking, and general ledger.
- Manage wholesale accounts, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP).
- Supervise financial transactions related to import/LC and wholesale distribution.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Handle VAT and TAX-related documentation and submissions.
- Ensure accurate inventory accounting and reconciliation with warehouse data.
- Coordinate with the management to ensure efficient budget management and cost control.
