Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, all types of social media and display advertising
∎ Maintain different facebook pages of company, boosting of add, verify pages
∎ Maintain company website, domain and hosting, write article for website
∎ Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
∎ Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
∎ Determine the company's growth and development strategies for strategic digital assets and ensure the development and business performance of these assets
∎ Maintain all digital channels like Website, social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter), messaging channels through internal team.
∎ Manage, coordinate, and administer all web projects/tasks from the conceptual stages through planning, IT development, content, testing, launch, and closure
∎ Ensure any website integration is implemented maintained correctly
∎ Ensure successful delivery of world-class web usability portals
∎ Maintain the company business locations in Google My Business
∎ Act as advisor/expert for the company in terms of digital platforms and relationship marketing including industry best practices and trends
∎ Manage the Senior Management expectations and ensuring Marketing Department objectives are met
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in digital marketing
∎ Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
∎ Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
∎ Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
∎ Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
∎ Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
∎ Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
