∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have strong Leadership and Management skill to organize and lead a dynamic digital Marketing Team.
∎ Business Growth Hacking and searching new business opportunities.
∎ Highly experienced with Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, etc. for minimum 7-10 years.
∎ Looking for an honest, dedicated, hard-working, and goal-driven marketing expert.
∎ Must have the thirst to exceed target and 'Can Do' attitude.
∎ Must be able to draw the attention of the global relevant customers and must have proven track record.
∎ Implementation of new and actionable strategy on regular basis.
∎ Candidate must be well familiar with all the online necessary marketing tools and technologies.
∎ He will get the liberty to take decision coordinating with the top management to develop overall business.
∎ Must have the ability to communicate and coordinate with the top management of global customers, especially American and European customers.
∎ Candidate with direct working knowledge in the field of image manipulation, website design and business development will be preferred.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Capacity to execute competitor analysis and auditing.
∎ Strong skill in Content marketing.
∎ Take initiative for a short-term and long-term business generation.
∎ Familiarity with Search Engine Algorithm.
∎ Gap Analysis and Reporting.
∎ Expert in Paid marketing tools like Google Ad-words, Facebook Ad, LinkedIn Ad, Instagram Ad, YouTube Ad, etc.
∎ Knowledgeable about latest traffic and lead generation trends.
∎ Should have practical strategies of organic search ranking for the major keywords.
∎ Strong skills on Google Webmaster and Google Analytics.
∎ Solid understanding of online sales processes.
∎ Comfortable with written & verbal English.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 100000 (Monthly)
