Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the consultants and track these goals by meeting with consultants on a regular basis.
∎ Develop innovative marketing campaigns that generate excitement to enhance market share.
∎ Increase Sales Lead and Conversion Rate through the Sales Funnel.
∎ Ensure sales deed on behalf of Company and submit all sales report on-time to management.
∎ Have a business acumen mindset – how to achieve business objectives and goals to drive sales.
∎ Ability to think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and have a manager mindset
∎ Responsibility to keep team motivated to close sales.
∎ Responsible for conducting interviews and hiring real estate sales staff.
∎ Develop and implement training programs that teach sales consultants how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, etc.
∎ Coaching and helping team members reach their full sales potential. Train sales team to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make the sale on a regular basis
∎ Prepare targets, marketing plans, and other events that help develop sales leads.
∎ Performance management – set KPIs and evaluate performance to ensure goal accomplishment
∎ Presenting monthly sales performance evaluation management reports
∎ Support land procurement activity
∎ Conduct competitive strategic analysis, including pricing
∎ Ensure and maintain company culture in the sales team.
∎ Maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
∎ Meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation.
∎ Assist sales consultants who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
∎ Be updates on housing regulations and legislation that affects the real estate industry.
∎ Expand industry knowledge and develop professional networks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 8 years of experience in real estate with at least 4 years in a Senior Managerial role.
∎ Excellent skill in Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Skilled in data analysis and report preparation and presentation
∎ Good communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
