Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategically valuable new business opportunities to deliver agreed new.
∎ Collaborate with members of the marketing team to penetrate key markets.
∎ Define the approach for the overall sales of new business and account retention.
∎ Work closely with the management to design the overall strategy for the organization.
∎ Responsible to set up a modern and effective marketing strategy for new/existing product.
∎ Monitor and supervision day to day activities of Divisional/District sales manager.
∎ Develop Sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization’s goals.
∎ Fully responsible for business planning, marketing and branding activities of Bicycle Products, Rickshaw Products and Spare parts.
∎ Direct the sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
∎ Establish customer relationship management systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
∎ Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
∎ Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs.
∎ Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
∎ Provide input to the content development team based on customer and industry feedback.
∎ Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
∎ Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
∎ Arrange staff training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
∎ Prepare marketing plan for respective areas and ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.
∎ Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
∎ Visiting market to analyze competitor’s activities with dealers, retail shops.
Salary: Negotiable
