Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree from any reputed university preferably from IPE.
∎ Educational qualification is relaxed for highly experienced & capable candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning.
∎ Building relationship with merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ To create a highly motivated work force.
∎ To establish highest level of discipline in production floors
∎ To ensure proper house-keeping in production floors
∎ To ensure optimum efficiency & highest productivity.
∎ To ensure minimum DHU.
∎ To utilize operators’ capacity fully.
∎ To ensure daily target achievement of every line.
∎ Those doesn’t have exclusive experience in Woven factories are not encouraged to apply. Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ At least 20 years’ working experience in a 100% export oriented woven garments factory whereas at least10 years as Head of production.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Good knowledge in 5s, 6 sigma, lean management & other productivity enhancement tools & techniques.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning.
∎ Self-Motivated.
