Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ BSc Engineers (Electrical/Electro Mechanical), having minimum 12 years of experience to work in Sewing Maintenance (Woven & Knit) and Utility department in a reputed garments industry's.
∎ Skills Required: Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater), Facility maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidates will lead the sewing maintenance & utility team and will be responsible to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all Electrical and Electro-Mechanical Sewing appliances / machines of woven & knit factory/plant independently.
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility sewing maintenance related works and maintenance work of Different modern automatics garments Machineries, sewing machines etc.
∎ Major Jobs of the position includes the following:
∎ Lead and monitor the activities of the team members and provide necessary guideline to them for performing the jobs effectively.
∎ Develop effective plans & procedures to provide effective sewing maintenance and utility related support to the required areas.
∎ Maintain all the equipment/machineries of the factory in proper working condition to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Plan & execute the preventive & predictive maintenance as per schedule and enforce them among maintenance staff.
∎ Evaluate & monitor the operation parameters and take immediate corrective action.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and assign team members to take care of issues.
∎ Ensure the availability of spare parts for machine breakdown & preventive maintenance.
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the production & compliance team.
∎ Impart effective Training to subordinates related to safety & related job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 14 to 15 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years for BSc Engineering in Electro Mechanical / Electrical & Minimum 15 years for Diploma Engr. At relevant field.
∎ Will give high priority on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
∎ Garments (Woven & Knit)
∎ The candidates should be maintain KPI.
∎ The candidates should be capable to lead a professional Sewing Maintenance and Utility team effectively, efficiently & independently.
∎ The candidates should have strong personality, proven leadership & trouble shooting skills.
∎ The candidates should have strong knowledge about maintenance spare parts, spare parts inventory and spare parts EOQ.
∎ The candidates should have good knowledge about minimum spare parts consumption.
∎ The candidates should be self-motivated, hardworking and result oriented.
∎ The candidates should have good knowledge about ACCORD & ALLAINCE guidelines.
∎ The candidates should have good knowledge about factory CIVIL engineering.
∎ The candidates should have a good knowledge about preventive and predictive maintenance.
∎ The candidates should have a good knowledge about energy sustainable program.
