Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Age 35–45 years with minimum 5 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
Proven experience in the Food industry in Bangladesh preferred.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in Bangla and English.
Ability to handle crisis situations and deliver results under pressure.
· Lead and facilitate the Sales team to achieve the Annual Business Plan (ABP) by driving distribution, visibility, and market share growth.
· Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
· Set and cascade sales targets (brand-wise and pack-wise) into geographic and time-bound action plans.
· Design and optimize sales territories to ensure maximum coverage and operational efficiency.
· Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
· Analyze secondary sales and stock movement to ensure effective inventory planning and availability.
· Drive channel-wise distribution strategies, with a strong focus on traditional trade, to increase volumes and visibility.
· Conduct regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
· Collaborate with the Finance/Accounts team to monitor revenue, control costs, and achieve profitability targets.
· Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, including performance evaluation, coaching, and capability building.
· Prepare accurate sales forecasts and implement plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth across all product lines.
· Establish and enforce sales policies, promotional budgets, and operational procedures to optimize performance and cost efficiency.
