∎ Age 21 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor daily sales coverage and productive calls of field forces.
∎ Track and ensure time management of field forces.
∎ Verify sample carry, ready sales, and focus SKU sales; prepare and submit relevant reports.
∎ Engage with distributors to identify their support needs and resolve issues.
∎ Monitor and analyze daily primary and secondary sales data.
∎ Prepare and document field force and distributor (DB) settlements.
∎ Manage product damage or return settlement process in line with company policy.
∎ Calculate SO-wise TA/DA, deduct DA for underworking SOs, and prepare for cross-checking.
∎ Post verification, obtain necessary approvals and submit to HR & Admin.
∎ Prepare TA/DA lists and check bills for TSMs and RSMs, supported with tracking reports.
∎ Calculate field force and DB incentives according to policy.
∎ Conduct internal review and submit for departmental cross-check.
∎ Coordinate approvals and hand over finalized documents to HR & Admin.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of field forces and distributors.
∎ Organize and update DB appointment documents and approval papers.
∎ Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for seamless information flow.
∎ Maintain open lines of communication with distributors and sales teams to ensure clarity and support.
∎ Share meeting schedules and ensure venue finalization with required arrangements.
∎ Process and seek approval for meeting-related bills and expenses.
∎ Manage relevant groups to facilitate field coordination and timely communication.
∎ Provide detailed primary and secondary sales reports in the prescribed format to management.
∎ Offer support as per any special instructions or tasks assigned by management.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The Sales Admin- Executive is responsible for monitoring field force activities, managing settlements and incentives, maintaining essential documentation, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and supporting the field team through logistics and administrative assistance. This role plays a key part in driving field efficiency, enhancing distributor relationships, and ensuring policy compliance in financial and operational processes.
