Responsibilities & Context:
Content & Conversion: Create high-energy social media content (Reels/TikTok) designed to drive traffic and hit monthly sales targets.
Brand Representation: Serve as the "face" of the brand in-person and online to build trust and convert followers into customers.
Revenue Growth: Proactively identify sales opportunities and manage customer inquiries to maximize product turnover and ROI.
Campaign Execution: Launch and promote seasonal marketing campaigns and product drops across all digital and retail channels.
Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and sales data to refine content strategies for higher customer acquisition.
