Responsibilities & Context:
* Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for imported ladies’ and baby pumpy shoes.
* Expand dealer, distributor, and retail customer networks across Bangladesh.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.
* Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key customers.
* Monitor market trends and customer demand to support product selection and inventory planning.
* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
