Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, architects, interior firms, construction companies, contractors, retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers
Conduct regular construction site visits to identify potential business opportunities
Visit corporate offices to generate leads and expand client network
Maintain strong customer communication and follow-up for closing sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client database and prepare necessary reports
Ensuring due payment from clients.
