Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing overall supply chain activities, including strategic planning for procurement and ensuring a sustainable and efficient supply chain flow. The role will serve as a vital link between operations and strategic management to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all procurement activities on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing of products and services to maximize value and efficiency.
• Oversee timely and accurate product delivery across all relevant business units.
• Coordinate and follow up on supplier payment disbursements in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication with Sales and Marketing teams to align supply with market demand.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and contribute to the organization’s financial performance.
• Mentor and develop team members by setting achievable goals and guiding them through practical examples of success.
• Support management in decision-making processes related to supply chain operations.
• Assist in the execution and follow-up of trade marketing activities.
