Role Overview
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for converting leads into customers through effective phone communication. The primary focus of this role is to sell recorded courses, follow up with potential learners, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a confident communicator, persuasive seller, and target-driven individual who enjoys interacting with people and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and convert them into customers
Promote and sell recorded courses & assigned services to interested prospects
Follow up regularly with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses
Handle objections and close sales effectively
Maintain call records, follow-up data, and sales pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams when needed
Educational Qualification
Graduation from any discipline
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence in handling calls and customer conversations
Ability to convince and close sales over phone
Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
Good listening and objection-handling ability
Basic understanding of digital tools (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.)
Preferred Experience
Experience in telesales / inside sales / call center sales
Experience in selling online courses / training programs / EdTech products will be a strong advantage
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through calls
