Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinating with the planning and production department for allocating of styles, capacity plans, line plans and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency.
∎ Analyzing datum, simplifying style and economical method development to improve productivity and efficiency. Maintaining KPI’s as per standard, practice and benchmark.
∎ Analyzing manpower requirement and rationalizing based on target strength ratio.
∎ Coordinating with Factory concerns for cut to ship plan based on delivery priority.
∎ Coordinating with Human Resource department for training progress (fresh training and multi-skill training)
∎ Doing research and explore new machineries and latest systems that meets companies long term goal.
∎ Utilizing lean manufacturing ideology to design and execute innovative floor plans and value addition.
∎ Identifying the bottlenecks in the processes, analyze the problems and implementing changes to achieve continuous process improvement.
∎ Developing and implementing plans that ensure the effective utilization of people, facilities and equipment, enabling the achievement of program delivery.
∎ Analyzing operational processes and developing performance metrics and reporting to optimize and improve productivity and efficiency of operations.
∎ Identifying and deploying the cost reduction measures in every steps of the processes.
