Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible to manage the MVAS and Digital Services teams; Content development team, Integration team, Customer support team and work closely with the Technical team.
∎ Will be responsible for supervising and monitoring currently on-going VAS products, ensure expected traffic is being achieved to meet Management sales expectations. The applicant will be responsible to monitor service penetration and traffic of on-going VAS services
∎ Maturing new digital services (both in-house and under third partnership), in case of third-party products; communicating and gathering partner's product knowledge; strategies opportunities and preparing action plans with timeline for onboarding.
∎ Will be responsible for Operator pitching and correspondences with Telco personnel to expedite service 'Go-live.
∎ Will be responsible to prepare RFP/RFQ documentation and scouting such opportunities in the industry relevant to the service offerings of the company.
∎ Regular correspondence with Partners (TELCO, VAS, and Fintech) as required on the aspect of initial communication, negotiation and deal closing.
∎ Will be responsible to R&D new services and recommend billing modalities (PSMS MO/MT, DCB/DOB, MFS/BANK) to optimize revenue.
∎ Manage day-to-day content development for client & operator Account.
∎ Exploring new business opportunities with focus on building digital ecosystems that broaden the outreach of mobile value added services.
∎ Define, develop and drive execution to meet content and Value added service business objectives.
∎ Ensure on-time content production, upload & delivery process to all the business channels/mobile operators.
∎ Maintain strong & positive relationships with business partners and clients to ensure contents & services are live in operators portal as per business requirement.
∎ Intimation of VAS Products/Services aligning corporate/Government Bodies (TELCOs, BTRC, Bangladesh Bank, Ministries Etc)
∎ Instigate revenue-generating opportunities for mobile content & VAS business.
∎ R & D on International content & Platform-based services.
∎ Negotiate with Content partners to License contents as per business requirement and ensure partners are on board with minimum cost and Risk.
∎ Creating and reviewing detailed project estimates, work plans and meet time line of assigned projects.
∎ Responsible for all necessary reports preparation relevant to Content and service business.
∎ Will be the representative of VAS department to Top management and will have to report accordingly.
∎ Take on any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
