Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for guiding, monitoring, leading two technical wings - Corporate B2B services and Game & Apps Development with the guidance of CTO (Chief Technical Officer).
∎ Responsible to appoint/hire resources to build the technical team as per required projects / deliverables / workload. Allocate human resources in an optimized strategy to achieve the outcome as per stipulated timelines.
∎ Will be the POC for projects and take in the product/project manager with executing 360 activities needed to produce outcome:
∎ Will act as the solution architect as per specifications provided
∎ Breaking the project down and distributing tasks for the team to carry out
∎ Create schedules with estimated timelines
∎ Estimate budget in terms of software/hardware tools required
∎ Set milestones, and create prototypes for CTO and other relevant management concerns before launching of the project.
∎ Ensuring the services/platforms/games design is fully realized and performs to maximum capacity
∎ Conducting quality assurance tests and respond to feedback
∎ Conducting UATs
∎ Conducting existing solution maintenances and debugging, upgradations and modifications
∎ Collaborating with all departments to smooth over technical issues and assist in conflict resolutions
∎ Generating monthly revenue reports for Top Management and having review meetings with CTO and Team for further strategical revisions.
∎ Conducting R&D with team and marketing/business development department for new creative idea generations
∎ Be the SPOC (Single point of contact) for third-party partners (Local or International)
∎ Work with Telco integration/billing team when required by the project
∎ Work with B2B team for reseller modality and narrate their technical specifications to the Team.
∎ Responsible for achieving and ensuring ROI based KPI's set by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 Years' experience in managing a technical team
∎ Proficiency in globally renowned and frequently used/user-friendly software programming
∎ Knowledge on backend, middleware and frontend
∎ Experience building libraries and APIs.
∎ Ability to solve complex software and coding issues.
