Experience:

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum 05 Years as Plant In-charge in a reputed Feed Mill.

• Manage and Supervise the Feed Mill Plant while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure SOP in every stage of the Feed Mill Operation.

• Develop SOP where applicable.

• Oversee the repair & maintenance of the Feed Mill Plant. Analyze repair & maintenance costs and compare repair & maintenance costs with standards.

• Oversee production planning and execution, prepare production reports and analyze production performance to find out production gain/loss.

• Monitor the performance of all types of machinery and prepare bottleneck analysis reports. Prepare Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) report to present it to the management.

• Co-ordinate with Store, Distribution, Admin, QC and Accounts for effective operations management.

• Develop and manage plant budgets and optimize cost efficiency.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

• Train and mentor staff. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Ensure Government and other regulatory compliance’s.

• Look after Administrative activities related to inside and outside of the factory.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
