Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target of property management service.
∎ Explore new scope of business for property management service.
∎ Business planning, strategy formulating and implementing.
∎ Monitoring the activities of entire sales and collection team.
∎ Monitoring the service providing to the existing project.
∎ Resolve customers' complaints.
∎ Coordinate with the vendors, suppliers of the handed over projects regarding service contract and various internal departments.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in following areas: Property Management / Facility Management, Customer Service / Client Service, Corporate Marketing etc.
∎ Interpersonal, Communication and Negotiation skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
