∎ Job Context
∎ DGM/Project in-charge is responsible to manage and establish the well-being of hatchery and hygienic environment in the working premises.
∎ He is also responsible for liaison with local businesses and dealers and others related activities.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Factory (Vadalia, Kushtia

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose diseases and treatment thereof and will apply medications and better nutrition when necessary.
∎ Ensure well-being of hatchery by continuous monitoring and identifying the problem.
∎ Ensure regular vaccination and preventive medication of the hatchery to control infectious diseases.
∎ Ensure proper feeding and management of the hatchery.
∎ Ensure close observation of all the breed able cows and heifers in the barn and in the paddock for heat detection and performing
∎ A.I timely in order to achieve target.
∎ Formulation and production of TMR (Total Mix Ration) for feeding all categories of the poultry and hatchery.
∎ Manage hatchery, ration, vaccination and medication on regular basis.
∎ Ensure personal hygiene workplace safety and good housekeeping.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro Business, Group of Companies and Hatchery.
∎ Age maximum 45 years
∎ Candidates with experience in hatchery in similar position are preferred.
∎ Positive attitude and willingness to work at field level.
∎ Goal oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and time management skills.
