Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor in Printing Technology or Graphics Design from any reputed Institute with excellent background.
∎ Bachelor/Master's of any discipline (In case of long experience in the related filed other requirements including educational qualification may be relaxed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of independently looking after All Kinds of offset Printing related Projects.
∎ Details knowledge about color wheel. Also knowledge of 4 Color, Bi-Color, Single Color Printing Machine, Die Cutting, Flash Cutting Lamination, Sport, Pasting, Flim Cutting Maching, Auto Glue, Auto Sewing, Folding Machine, plate making process, color correction and costing.
∎ Ensure production is on target in delivery dates with quantity and quality.
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of time & labor.
∎ Intensively hourly follow-up of production and guideline for solve instantly.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with client required quality standard.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Ensuring accurate & optimal capacity planning, including ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Planning, Design etc.
∎ At least 10 year(s) experiences in related field are allowed to apply.
∎ Raw materials calculation knowledge.
∎ Positive attitude.
