Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee Production Operations: Manage and supervise all aspects of the production process, including cutting, stitching, finishing, and packaging, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and cost efficiency.
∎ Planning and Strategy: Develop production plans, set production targets, and formulate strategies to optimize resources, reduce waste, and improve overall production efficiency.
∎ Team Leadership: Lead a team of supervisors, production staff, and workers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of production goals.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications.
∎ Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, machinery, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the production process and implement solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
∎ Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
∎ Inventory Management: Collaborate with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
∎ Continuous Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics and report on production progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as procurement, planning, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and efficient production flow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of garment production processes, machinery, and equipment. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality control techniques.
∎ Leadership Abilities: A proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team. Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex production challenges, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
∎ Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet production targets, drive continuous improvement, and achieve operational excellence.
∎ Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, prioritization, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using productivity software, production planning tools, and ERP systems.
∎ Knowledge of Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
∎ Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
