Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and coordinate overall cement plant operation by ensuring maximum efficiency.
∎ Meet the production targets within the agreed budget and schedule.
∎ Make liaison with various agencies to maintain stock levels of various raw materials, etc required for producing & delivering the cement .
∎ Ensure the cement is produced within targeted efficiency parameters; Power consumption / TN cement produced; Power consumption / TN cement dispatched; Cost of cement produced / TN; Minimize the demurrage.
∎ Assist the management in developing long term & short term plans for growth of the cement business.
∎ Assist the marketing team in attending the customer complaints.
∎ Train the subordinates to improve the productivity & the efficiency.
∎ Ensure the house keeping & cleanliness of the plant/ machinery is maintained.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience minimum 20 years for Diploma and 15 years for B.Sc Engineering.
∎ Excellent communication and listening skills.
∎ Leadership skill and team management capacity.
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Being calculative in every task and ability to prepare schedule of delivery.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach to critical situation Handling.
∎ Ability to work in direct and cross-functional teams.
