∎ B.Sc. major in animal husbandry.
∎ MSc major in animal nutrition will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Animal Feed, animal husbandry, Nutritionist
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare formulation considering the required quality, quantity and cost of raw materials to contribute to overall profit margin.
∎ Ensure quality standards, nutrition factors and other specifications of finished feeds are remain same as per approved nutrients level.
∎ Manage overall quality standard of raw materials and finished products by ensuring physical condition and nutritional & non-nutritional factors as per approved standards.
∎ Plan, coordinate quality control program during production process consistent with batching, particle size, mixing efficiency, conditioning, temperature & moisturiser set-point, pellet quality, etc.
∎ Oversee product delivery and storage procedure are functioning smoothly and ensure the quality of product is remain same during entire process
∎ Review customer feedbacks, visit firm to analyse problems and initiate corrective action plan to reduce customer complaints and to improve customer satisfaction which effects customer retention.
∎ Prepare and provide various reports, such as: daily raw material analyses, trail feed analyses, weekly lab report (Proximate, CV, Toxin, Minerals) and inter & intra lab required by departmental heads to demonstrate accountability within specified deadline.
∎ Develop an comprehensive training calendar and training module for Nutrition & QA department and organize training as per schedule for enhancement of employee competences.
∎ Enforce a performance driven culture amongst Feed Mill employees by implementing and monitoring the performance management system using existing Performance Evaluation System.
∎ Identify scope of redesigning and re-engineering the existing process or system to reduce cost and improve productivity.
∎ Develop and analyze relevant data and ingredients specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
