∎ Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will add value.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Should be an excellent team member, with a very sharp, smart, and fair personality.

∎ Achieve target as per projection and work on it to ensure sustainable growth.
∎ Must be able to build relationships with master buyers & visit client offices for business development, negotiation & claim settlement purposes.
∎ Increase sales volume by adding new clients and increasing repeat customer orders.
∎ Monitor team and their target vs achievement status, movement, and customer communication.
∎ Identify and solve the issues of customer dissatisfaction.
∎ Monitoring commercial and payment-related issues of different clients.
∎ Analyze the industry regularly to expand the market share.
∎ Coordinate with the factory regarding production schedule follow-up and ensure proper delivery.
∎ Follow-up Delivery schedule with the factory.
∎ To perform any other task given by the management.
