Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduation from any relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Merchandising, woven Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on woven-denim garments.
∎ To oversee and do costing and pricing of the garments and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, coordinate with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensuring that ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer timely.
∎ Leading to generate business and managing client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning.
∎ To take decision and solve negotiating with the production people when any difficulties/challenges are raised; and following up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Candidate must keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as given them according to the organizational policy.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 15 Years of Experience in Merchandising (woven) and at least 3 years in DGM/GM Position.
∎ Should have knowledge to work through special imported fabric.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Extensive knowledge on woven-denim garments.
∎ Good knowledges on garments washing.
