∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform as a leader of all the sales & marketing personnel.
∎ To coordinate all the sales team with neutrality & leadership.
∎ Time to time communication with the management & with others Dept.
∎ Set the monthly sales target through all the members and follow up to achieve the target.
∎ Monthly /quarterly/yearly budget for the sales team collection target & achievement report & follow up.
∎ Plan for sales promotion & marketing and subsequently monitor the execution.
∎ Worked as Team Leader and motivate team members to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target of the team.
∎ Organize sales team, monitor & control executive and others.
∎ Manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals’/ businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ To hire, retain & train up own dept. members to establish a sustainable sales force.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and develop relationship.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personals so as to enhance team building spirit.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Candidates have at least 10 to 12 years’ practical experience in Land & Real Estate Sector
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package, excellent interpersonal & leadership skill, and good command over written & spoken English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing and Sales in Real Estate (Land) developer Company.
