∎ MBA in HRM from reputed University preferably from IBA (DU/JU).
∎ Candidates having LLB or LLM Degree will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Administrative

Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with Govt. and regulatory affairs authority, Law enforcement & intelligence authority, Court, Labour Office, Ministry, DOE, DIFE, FSCD, BGMEA/BKMEA/BTMA/BEPZA/BEZA/BIDA, other Business associations, Local Authority, Police Station, City Corporation, Stakeholders, Public relation affairs etc.
∎ Corporate affairs dealing with Govt. and regulatory authority in obtaining & properly maintain different kinds of permission/approvals such as Building approval, Factory License, Fire License, Environment clearance, Acid License, Diesel storage license, BERCE License for generator, BGMEA Membership, Bonded Warehouse License, Business award, High profile visit, etc.
∎ Dealing with Utility service authority i.e. REB, Titas Gas, for any issues in getting uninterruptable service.
∎ Security Service management, Safety management services, Wastage management, Housekeeping, Facilities management, Fleet management, Event management. Ensure proper Logistics support services. Ensure the best utilization of company's resources in operations and must reduce misuses. Ensure proper routine repair & maintenance of company's all machineries, equipment, vehicles etc.
∎ Company's Estate/property acquisition process, document management and maintain schedule lands/property, etc. Company Asset tracing & Asset management and maintain asset inventory reports.
∎ Exposed to Access Control & Time Attendance System, Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency.
∎ Maintain general office administration, support organizational and staff management.
∎ Maintain discipline and chain of command of factory.
∎ Co-ordinate and support management teams and department heads.
∎ Responsible for maintaining/arranging official meeting as per management requirements.
∎ To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Defense officer will be given preference.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, polite, with a charming personality, quick decision making ability & with proven track record.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
∎ Fluency in English both written and spoken.
∎ Experience may be relaxed for an exceptionally qualified and extremely potential candidate.
Salary: Negotiable
