∎ Setting sales strategy for short as well as long term
∎ Planning and execution sales expansion
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
∎ Strict planning of Collection and maintaining sales and collection harmony
∎ Monitoring field sales persons planning,
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis
