• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in EEE / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Power

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Male

• At least 10-15 years of experience, out of which 5+ years at senior management level.

• Experience in Transformer, Substation, Panel, Generator & Industrial Production sector is preferred.

• Strong leadership ability, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills.

Products & Services: Transformer, Substation, Panels, Generator, ATS, BBT, Regular Service & After-Sales Service

Location: Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Providing leadership in daily operations management.

• Monitor and Develop Production, Quality Control, Supply Chain & After-Sales Service.

HR & Administration

• Leading recruitment, training, staff development and performance management.

• Ensuring the proper implementation of the company`s HR policies and administrative tasks.

Accounts & Finance

• Supervise the Accounts & Finance team.

• Ensuring budgeting, cost control, financial reporting and compliance.

Sales & Marketing

• Creating and implementing marketing strategies for products such as Transformer, Substation, Panels, Generator, ATS, BBT, etc.

• Maintaining existing clients and developing new markets/clients.

• Increase customer satisfaction by improving after-sales service.

Factory & Production

• Ensuring Factory Operation, Production Planning & Execution.

• Ensuring product delivery while maintaining international standards.

• Lean Manufacturing, Increasing Efficiency and Productivity.

Compliance & Reporting

• Comply with government regulations, safety and quality standards.

• Provide regular reports to the Managing Director/Chairman/Board of Directors.
