∎ MBA in HRM from any reputed institution.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Compliance, Job Analysis & Manpower Planning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement successful HR Policies, Strategies & SOP that support the long-term growth and transformation of the organization.
∎ Deliver a proactive and customer focused service with particular emphasis on recruitment, policies and procedures, industrial relations, pay & compensation, performance management, grievance handling, training & development etc.
∎ To play a vital role in organizational development proficiency through managing annual employee surveys,implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture,formulating employee motivational factors,counseling, grievance handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Effectively organize and lead the administrative team regarding transport, security, legal affairs and office management.
∎ Advice, guide and support the team members in adopting best HR Practice across the Organization.
∎ Lead the HR Team in delivering standard HR services for the industries of specified sector(s) within the framework of policy and procedures.
∎ Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, maintaining Legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management.

∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a lingerie/knit Garments Manufacturing Company.
∎ Excellent drafting & negotiation skill will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
∎ Able to handle buyer code of conduct & ethical compliance issues properly
