Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in DVM/Animal Husbandry with preferred M.Sc in Poultry Science
∎ Skills Required: Animal Breeding, animal husbandry, Breeder Farm Management, Layer Farm, Poultry Farm Management, veterinary
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce quality table egg with minimum cost.
∎ Monitoring distribution of appropriate amount of feed, water and ventilation.
∎ Prepare and execute schedule vaccination and lighting program.
∎ Monitoring flock health, postmortem findings and taking action on any signs of deficiency and diseases.
∎ Ensure uniform flock management to maximize flock performance.
∎ Ensure strict adherence of bio-security measures in all level of activities of the multi-age commercial layer farm.
∎ Rodent and pest control program.
∎ Rice husk management.
∎ Flock cleaning and disinfection after flock culling to receive new flock.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly forecast of egg and requirement of feed, vaccine, medicine and other items.
∎ Ensure all kinds of daily, monthly and other periodical report of feed consumption, vaccine, medicine and general item used.
∎ Maintain worker, supervisor & farm staff attendance to prepare daily and monthly salary and wages sheet.
∎ Communication and liaison with management, feed mill, SCM and other supporting department.
∎ Training and development of officer, shed supervisor and worker to make them eligible for their job.
∎ Have knowledge about new commercial layer project planning and extension.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly budget.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Able to work hard for long period of time.
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
