Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research global fashion and market trends to inspire new design concepts.
∎ Develop seasonal product collections for international buyers/brands.
∎ Create tech packs, design sketches, CADs, mood boards, color palettes, and trims.
∎ Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and sampling teams to ensure design accuracy and production feasibility.
∎ Review lab dips, strike-offs, trims, and fits to ensure product quality aligns with buyer expectations.
∎ Communicate with international buyers regarding design inputs, revisions, and approvals.
∎ Assist in fabric selection and sourcing in collaboration with sourcing teams.
∎ Maintain design archives and update trend and material libraries.
∎ Support fashion shows, buyer presentations, and development meetings as needed.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer for Product & Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching fashion trends, creating seasonal collections, and working closely with the product development and merchandising teams to turn design concepts into successful apparel products.
