Experience:

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Design/Fashion Design/Textile Engineering, with specialization in Fabric Design, Woven Design or Surface Design

• Course or certifications in CAD textile design tools (NedGraphics, Textronics, ArahWeave, Adobe Suite) will be considered an added advantage

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• 08-15 years of practical experience as Textile/Fabric Designer in a textile manufacturing or R&D environment

• Strong Knowledge of Dyeing process, chemicals, dyestuffs, testing methods and quality standard requirement

• Experience in woven fabric designing (yarn-dyed, dobby, jacquard, denim, shirting etc.) is highly preferred

• Proven experience in concept development, sample execution and working with buyer requirements Strong creativity and innovation skills in textile and fabric design

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, NedGraphics, ArahWeave and CAD tools

• Strong understanding of yarn properties, weave structures, color theory, fabric textures and finishing techniques

• Excellent communication, visualization and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and deadlines

• Strong cross functional collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Trend analysis ability with a deep understanding of global fashion and textile markets

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Designer (Manager/Senior Manager)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Lead fabric, pattern and product design development within the R&D department

• Create innovative textile designs (woven, yarn-dyed, printed, finished fabrics) aligned with market trends and buyer requirements

• Develop mood boards, color palettes, design concepts and seasonal collections

• Work closely with R&D, Production, Lab, QA and Marketing teams to convert design concepts into production-ready materials

• Conduct feasibility studies, sampling, and trails to evaluate fabric performance and design accuracy

• Ensure proper interpretation of buyer tech packs, design briefs and fabric specifications

• Monitor design development progress, maintain design archives and prepare technical documentations

• Research new yarns, fabric structures, finishing effects, textures and global fashion trends

• Guide and train junior designers and technicians to strengthen creative capabilities within the department
