∎ Position Name: Designer – Jersey.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create original jersey designs that reflect current trends and brand aesthetics.
∎ Develop detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for jersey production.
∎ Ensure designs are functional, durable, and comfortable for athletes.
∎ Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
∎ Analyze feedback and performance data to refine and improve designs.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with promotional strategies and campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee the production process.
∎ Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity through innovative and cohesive designs.
∎ Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s guidelines and vision.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
∎ Maintain detailed records of design processes, revisions, and final outcomes.
∎ Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
∎ Make necessary adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired final product.
