• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 30 to 32 years

• System Design & Engineering

  • Perform cooling and heating load calculations using software such as HAP / Trace / Elite.

  • Design HVAC systems (VRF/VRV, Chiller, Ductable, Split, and Ventilation systems) as per project requirements and standards.

  • Prepare detailed ducting and piping layouts, control diagrams, and equipment placement drawings.

  • Select appropriate equipment capacities and models based on design parameters and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Ensure system designs meet energy efficiency, acoustic, and comfort standards.

• Estimation & BOQ Preparation

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed material lists based on drawings and specifications.

  • Estimate total project cost and prepare techno-commercial proposals for the Sales team.

  • Support the Sales team with design clarifications during tendering and client meetings.

• Technical Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain all technical documentation including design reports, data sheets, and technical submittals.

  • Ensure designs comply with local codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, ARI, BNBC, etc.).

  • Coordinate with consultants and architects for design approvals and revisions.

• Site Visit, Coordination & Project Handover

  • Provide design support during project execution to ensure alignment with approved drawings.

  • Assist in site verification, equipment selection confirmation, and as-built documentation.

  • Conduct design review meetings with internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy before project launch.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Explore new HVAC technologies, design methods, and energy-efficient solutions.

  • Update design templates and standards based on feedback and industry practices.

  • Participate in brand-specific technical training (LG, Midea, Samsung, etc.) for continuous professional development.
