Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 46 years
∎ Extensive experience in knitting operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
∎ In-depth knowledge of knitting processes, equipment, and yarn types.
∎ Strong understanding of fabric construction, quality standards, and defect identification.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
∎ Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
∎ Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles.
∎ Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning and Scheduling:
∎ Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
∎ Schedule knitting operations to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
∎ Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen circumstances.
∎ Maintain & Follow up MIS.
∎ Quality Control:
∎ Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure consistent fabric quality, weight, and gauge.
∎ Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to identify and rectify any defects or deviations from specifications.
∎ Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
∎ Process Optimization:
∎ Continuously evaluate and optimize knitting processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvements, such as new knitting techniques, equipment upgrades, or yarn substitutions.
∎ Implement new technologies and best practices to enhance productivity and product quality.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Recruit, hire, and train knitting technicians and operators.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to the knitting team to foster a positive work environment and maximize productivity.
∎ Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to improve skills and knowledge.
∎ Environmental and Safety Compliance:
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
∎ Implement and maintain safety protocols to protect employees and minimize accidents.
∎ Monitor and manage waste disposal to minimize environmental impact.
