Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
RDRS Resource Center is a training and resort facility located in Sreemangal, Moulvibazar. Construction work is in progress.
To oversee technical and supervisory tasks—including reviewing drawings, BOQs, and tender documents; preparing estimates; supervising construction activities; and managing contractors and laborers—one Deputy Project Engineer, Electromechanical will be required.
The initial contract will be for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Responsibilities:
To check and do BOQ and Estimate for electrical, fire and HVAC work.
To check all types of working drawings for electrical, fire and HVAC work.
To supervise construction works for electrical, fire and HVAC works
To manage laborers and contractors for electrical, fire and HVAC works
To prepare bill for work done for electrical, fire and HVAC works.
To prepare daily/weekly/monthly work progress report for electrical, fire and HVAC works.
To build strong relationship with stakeholders, authorities and regulatory authorities.
To do any other works of RDRS Bangladesh assigned by his line manager.
