Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age 45 to 55 years

• Overall management of the local company including production of underground train tunnel high end segment factory and installation support and execution. Reporting to top management in Japan both in Japanese and English as a representative of an overseas operation branch.
• At least 25 year(s) of experience in professional civil engineering in the field of tunnel boring and segment production, must be qualified as a registered explosive supervisor. Must be a registered concrete engineer preferable from Japan. Must have knowledge on specialized jointer tunnel segment technology as a professional administrator.
• Demonstrable Experience in developing strategic, new business plans related to Japanese ODA and PPP projects.
• Japanese or Japanese Language Skill: N1 Level.
• Know the expectation of Japanese Management and the corporate culture and protocol of Japanese Companies.

• Must be a certified professional Civil Engineer experience in international projects;

• Overall responsible for operation and decision making for the company;

• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals;

• Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director of the Company;

• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
