Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan and program.
∎ Give dyeing program in dyeing machine by proper plan & take urgencies to make the target successful.
∎ Monitor the standard environment in production floor.
∎ Monitor the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time etc.
∎ Adjust bulk recipes & parameter for a particular shade to ensure good reproducibility as well as increase RFT%.
∎ Address any kinds of problem & give solution and set parameter to overcome the same problem in future.
∎ Ensure the quality standard as per buyer requirement by standardizing the process and set a SOP for the process.
∎ Communicate with PMC, Merchandiser & Marketing people if any urgency arise.
∎ Provide support for new development with quality standard.
∎ Minimize production cost, chemical cost & utilization resources 100%.
∎ Communicate with Yarn Store, Chemical Store, Finishing, Quality Assurance, Laboratory and other concerned department for smooth operation.
∎ Monitor the dyeing water are transferring to ETP line.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of resources.
∎ Response and act in the customer complain and query.
∎ To arrange & ensure all product related certification.
∎ Monitor all safety followed by the team.
∎ Make effective plan for Employee Development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong personality with vast knowledge on people management.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
∎ The applicant should have at least 2 years' experience in the same position.
