• Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in MIS, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector

• Experience in data analysis, ERP software, Production monitoring systems and dashboard/report automation is highly desirable 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems

• Good understanding of production processes within textile/spinning units

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Leadership capability with a proactive and result oriented mindset

Weaving unit is fully automated with state of the art machineries, like Picanol- Omni Plus 800, Airjet Looms with quick style change, Karl Mayer- High Performance Sizing and Sectional Warpers, Stauble Automatic Drawing- in System, CCI-Automatic Sampling Loom & Yarn Dying unit consists of high class machineries like SSM (Swiss) Soft Winding and Re-Winding machines, Gofront Stalem and Galvanim.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Deputy Manager/Manager  (MIS)”.

The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all MIS related activities within the spinning unit, yarn dyeing, weaving & fabric finishing units

• Develop, maintain and update data management systems to support operational efficiency

• Monitor production data, prepare analytical reports and provide insights for management decision making

• Ensure accurate data collection, validation and timely reporting

• Coordinate with different departments (Production, Maintenance, Store, HR etc.) for data integration and process optimization

• Implement automation and digital transformation initiatives within the department

• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure continuous operation of MIS tools/software

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive organizational data

• Support management in strategic planning by providing reliable data and rend analysis
