Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Manager to oversee daily HR & Admin operations and lead the HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR-Operations, team management, and operational excellence, especially within the manufacturing, cables, or electronics /heavy engineering sectors or reputed Group of Companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, selection, to on-boarding new employees.

  • Payroll management, Tracking and monitoring employees and their activities.

  • Proficiency in HR Software.

  • Make proper exit window for separation to settlement.

  • Employee evaluation and performance management.

  • Employee daily attendance management, Developing policies and Keep employees well-informed about company policies and social media usage.

  • Make different training modules and provide training to employees.

  • Actively monitor and evaluate company culture and employee morale, taking steps to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

  • Cultivate strong cross-departmental relationships, ensuring seamless communication between managers and their teams.

  • Standardise the disciplinary action process and complete it within the shortest possible time.

  • Analyse manpower requisitions and recruit qualified personnel when justified.

  • Conduct interviews and follow the selection process as per the policy.

  • Ensuring that all employee records remain up-to-date with legal aspects being complied with.

  • Reduce office costs by thinking of innovative ideas.

  • Work to review / change processes for the betterment of the employee and management.

  • Providing advice and or council employee motivation.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative systems and practices.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
