Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in HRM from any reputed university.
∎ PGD PM/ PGDHRM will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring HR issues - planning, recruitment & selection, training & development, maintenance and work in a team which also includes policies & procedures.
∎ Maintain the procedure of disciplinary action as per Law and responsible for legal issues of administration.
∎ Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations
∎ Negotiating with selected candidates for joining.
∎ Conducting employee joining formalities; preparing documents for approval of selected employees
∎ Preparing appointment letter & offer letter of respective employees.
∎ Supervise HR Payroll, leave, attendance and overall compliance issues.
∎ Capable to team building, leadership, decision making and problem-solving.
∎ Check list developing, monitoring and reporting regularly to concern authority or management relating to HR and administrative issues.
∎ Manage all types of administrative functions (canteen management, premise cleanliness and staff schedules, car pool management, facilities management, agreement, rent, bill payment, security, regulatory liaison maintenance and so others)
∎ Engaging office support staffs to their duties
∎ Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the management.

∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent problem solving skill.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues.
∎ Ability to access internet, computer, MS Word, Excel.
∎ Language skills both in Bangla and English.
