Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set targets for annual growth and prepare activity plans accordingly geared towards a profitable & sustainable growth.
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
∎ Promote and publish the company and its activities by means of building and sustaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and organizations important to the company and its potential for profitable growth.
∎ Understand the needs of Patients/Clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
∎ Ensure that employees, suppliers and customers, new or prospective, are continually aware of the commitment to excellence of quality and service and of the specific role each is expected to play in meeting the stated goals.
∎ Direct & solely responsible for the development of action plans and budgets that drive and support all and any efforts that meet the visionary goal.
∎ Prepare business plan and budgets for the hospital and monitor the utilization of budgets.
∎ Prepare estimates and quotations that exceed customer expectations and as such serve to support the desired image of excellence of service.
∎ Visit the hospital frequently as and when required to monitor the activities of the hospitals
∎ Attend meetings, seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
∎ Collect data from hospitals, analysis and record those data on daily and monthly basis
∎ Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements with higher management
∎ Developing services and implementing changes
∎ Secure all essential relationships with Alliances and strategic partners for the long term growth.
∎ Establish quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards/benchmarks and achieve compliance thereof.
∎ Perform any other job as assigned by the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in sales, marketing or related field in health care sector.
∎ Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
∎ the ability to analyse sales figures and write reports
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
∎ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
