• Develop, implement and monitor Sample design standards & procedures to meet customer needs.

• Draw and plot patterns to minimize errors and fabric consumption.

• Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer`s expectations.

• Understand customer concepts and ideas to develop new products within the given time frame.

• Leading Pattern Master, develop prints, embroideries, and washes from the suppliers as of the requirements.

• Regular follow up with sampling, proto sample, size sets, fit samples and production samples.

• Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and guiding subordinates to resolve any technical issues.

• Supervise pattern correction and Provide Technical Support where necessary during sample development & production.

• Provide logistic support for defect control to the production floor.

• Make sure cost saving by achieving the best efficiency of CAD and making 100% accurate markers.

• Guiding to assemble the most effectual consumption for orders and styles using CAD within the timeline and develop, implement and enforce CAD standards.

• Coordinating with the Fabric Inspection & Cutting Departments to determine all matters concerning fabric width and markers.

• Handover the styles to merchandiser along with all the product details and technical information and communicates about development status with concern person.

• Need to provide daily report having information about how many samples are made, number of approved and rejection.

• Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians and suppliers) to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric waste and achieve maximum fabric use.

• Maintain liaison with customers to resolve technical issues.

• Digitizing the patterns (given by the pattern maker), carrying out alterations, adjustments, and grading as per instructions.Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
